I am writing this on behalf of my client, who is having issues with their associates not receiving any emails from her.
My client, Central Cariboo Arts & Culture Society, a legitimate non-profit, has been sending emails to her associates on routine business matters, but they have not received any emails from my clients, or they are finding it in their spam box, and cannot respond to her, as it refuses to reply.
What we have determined is the following:
- All the associates that are reporting this issue are all on Shaw or its affiliates.
- Majority of them aren't receiving any emails from her
- Some have received her emails but goes straight into her junk email
- Only one has received emails in the inbox, but replies sent has either not been received by the client, or have been rejected.
This is only an issue with the Shaw users - other users have not indicated any issues.
