Is it just me or is anyone else missing the Galaxy Music channels on their Portals?
You may need to go to settings, and click on Channel list and check to see if the music channels are unchecked. If they are, check them back on.
If they are checked on, then you will need to update the EPG data within the installer tool (or pushed from a CSR). Let us know if you need further assistance with this
The music channels don' t show up at in the settings >> channel list area. Only channels 1-359.
I since checked on my older motorola cable boxes and the music channels were showing up and working on their guides. I just tried unplugging my gateway and portals... then plugge them back in and the channels are back up and running on my portals.
cool. Yeah when you unplug the box it makes a request to do an EPG guide data update. You don't need to go to that extreme next time as an epg guide update can be done within the installer tool.

That does look pretty easy:
go into the installer menu. (go to settings, then hover over channel list and press ---- back, next, back, next)
RIght arrow until you get to gateway. Go down to update EPG and push ok. Once completed, exit the installer menu and see if that is fixed. If it still is happening, reboot the portal.
