Email forwarding - why doesn't it work all the time?

I'd appreciate any help on this issue. I have gone into preferences and arranged for a copy of all messages to go to another email account (it's an IMAP account) because I am using SaneBox to sort my emails and of course Shaw does not support a program that requires the account to be IMAP.

 

Anyway, my problem is that most messages are forwarded just fine, but not all. This is confusing and there seems to be no rhyme or reason behind what does get forwarded and what doesn't.

 

Has anyone come across this? Any ideas how I might overcome this glitch?
