Newly Subscribed Channels not showing on Guide (cannot access)

I updated my Shaw plan 4 hours ago and was supposed to have the new channels within 2 minutes, it's been a few hours. I have the Shaw HDPVR (motorolla DCX 3510-m). The new channels are not showing in the guide and when I try to manually enter them the number turns red and the channels are not accessible. I've already done the power off/ on, and a hard reset 3 times, still not showing up. How do I get these channels to show up in my guide so I can access them? Also on my digital cable box on my other tv they show up on the guide, but it says "not authorized" I've powered off and on and waited way more than 30 seconds on that digital box and it is still not working either. Did the rep I was speaking with forget to do something on their end?
