unable to send email from all accounts (8) after HD change

help , help please..

 

Am unable to send emails from any acct. in WinLiveMail

However, every acct does receive mail.

Just had to change my HD and re imported all mail and settings into  WindowsLiveMail.

servers are in and out         

shawmail.cc.shawcable.net

 

My OS is WIN7

the following errors come up

WindowsLivemail error ID: 0x800CC0E

protocol:                             SMTP

Port:                                    23008

Secure                                SSL: NO

Socket error:                       10060

can someone please help get my outgoing mail going?
