When I try to change my preferences, nothing happens. Everything else works.
I've clicked on the diskette next to "Save" and nothing happened. I've changed the
Ajax to HTML and vice-versa in the "General" preferences. What's going on?
When you click "save", you should get the message "preferences saved".
When you click on "save", do you get any other message? Or does it just seem to go through but the preferences changes are ignored?
When I click "save" nothing happens. However, if I click "Cancel" it says "Preferences Cancelled".
There might be an issue on the Webmail server. I'll send you a private message and we'll check this out for you.
I have the same problem. Nothing happens when I click the 'save' icon in upper left. When I navigate away from preferences a popup asks if I want to save the changes. The only options I can choose are 'No' and 'Cancel'. Yes does not work. When I come back to preferences none of the changes have been saved.
tsandberg: Have you tried adjusting the AJAX/HTML option on the main Preferences panel and trying again?
I've read the thread above. Yes, I've switched back and forth between 'Ajax' and 'Basic' several times and it makes no difference.
When you switch to Basic (which might give you a save error when you do it), can you ensure that you then log out, log back in, try changing a setting that you couldn't before and see if it confirms that it saved?
If that doesn't work at all, can you try another web browser?
That seems to have worked. It's saving the settings now. Thanks
Nice, you're welcome!
