Why does our video stop two hours into the show? How do we restart? Keep getting error messages.
At the moment, we're experiencing an issue with our VOD service where you may receive error 33414, 22242, 22227 or possibly another number. If you receive an error, please first try exiting VOD, waiting one minute and then resuming your order through the My Orders section. If this doesn't work for you, we'll be resolving the issue from our end as soon as possible.

Update: 10:27PM PDT
No official confirmation yet, but it appears that in most cases VOD is now functioning properly. Most likely we'll have confirmed the issue is completely resolved soon although I'll be leaving at 10:30PM so there won't be any further updates to this thread tonight. Thanks again for your patience everyone.
Sorry to hear you've having some trouble with a VOD title. What I would recommend first is that you exit VOD, re-enter it and try playing the title again from the My Orders section.
If that doesn't work, would you be able to reply and confirm the error message that you're getting?

Still waiting, says order has gone thru, trying to watch a show with our kids. Now might not be able to watch it since I have been trying to get it to work and on hold for lets see my phone has a counter and it says 37 minutes on hold!!!!! SHAW friends closes at 8pm.... might have been a good idea to keep it open for the issues tonight...
I find Shaw's service has been dropping at least in the support area, more time on hold always. Used to take 5-10 minutes anytime of day, weekends whichever. Are they cutting more staff? *END RANT*
Oh and my error is 33628 I have reset the box and done all the other suggestions still nothing.
Sorry to hear that you'd been on hold for quite some time. As this is an ongoing issue at the moment, unfortunately our hold times will be higher as we have multiple customers contacting us about this. Our Shaw Friends chat service is still open however, as the hours are the same (10PM PDT). We are still working to make sure that everyone's VOD service is up and running properly.
Thanks for reply Matt, but shaw friends is closed at 8pm pst that is what the message said on my screen when I opened the chat window.
*My bad I tried the shaw friends and that is closed at 8pm pst........ the regular chat is open till 10pm.
We're sorry, our Shaw Friends site is closed Hours of operation are Mon - Sun 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM (PDT).
My apologies kirkandsuzanne, the Shaw Friends chat service does close at 8PM PDT, but our regular chat service here is open until 10PM.
Well I did not get to watch the movie but at least after waiting 43 minutes on hold and another 15 minutes troubleshooting my PVR. SHAW gave me a free movie rental which is better than nothing and is good to make this evening somewhat acceptable .
Hello, I tried two movies on VOD and can't view either them as both show a chopped up picture and no volume. My regular cable works fine. When left VOD and went back in to my orders to view it is either the same picture shows up or error 33628. Some assistance would be appreciated, thanks.
