Sorry to hear you're having some VOD trouble. I would recommend that you exit VOD, wait one minute then try to resume the order from the My Orders section. If that doesn't work, please reply and let me know if you're still seeing that error number.
it is exited because the problem is that i cantopen it without the first thing popping up is that error. ihave tried turning it off and waiting
