I'm trying to access Shaw VOD, but all I get is error message 33414. Suggestions?
This may be related to an issue we're seeing on our end with the VOD service. So far it looks like exiting VOD, waiting one minute and then resuming your order in VOD from the My Orders section will resolve the problem. Please let me know if you're still running into this error after trying these steps.
No luck. No access to VOD service whatsoever.
Thanks for confirming that. Another step you can try is to remove the power cable from your cable box for 30 seconds, reconnect it and then give it another shot. You may need to wait a couple of minutes after you do this for the VOD client to reload. Let me know if you're still seeing the same error number.
