Hello, I live in Canmore, and as you know that we've had a lot of flooding. As of this weekend I can no longer get a dial tone on my phone. I still get internet and TV services and its only my phone that doesn't work. My phone connection device is an ARRIS model TM602G. The indicator lights on the device currently read as follows Power - Green DS - Green US - Green Online - Green Link - Blank Telephone 1 - Green flashing Telephone 2 - Blank Battery - Green I had to clear out my basement during the rain and disconnect the device briefly and so don't know if there is a general problem in Canmore or if I reconnected the device incorrectly?
