I had someone by yesterday to hook up by cable box but it was active on a different account. I believe I got this all sorted out just wondering what I have to do now so I can have cable. Can this be done online or do I have to call?

Yes he came by and said he left everything hooked up so that no one else would have to come back. I would like to get it dealt with online while im at work if possible. I don't get home till after 6pm.
