If at home, what are you using for WiFi?
For either case, have you tried rebooting your iPhone?
I have rebooted my phone - the TV and computer internet are working fine. The iPhone doesn't connect - I am using my Shaw internet
neither worked - my tablet doesn't connect to wifi either.

Ok, we likely need to do a factory reset on the modem.
What brand of modem/router do you have?
Are you able to call for phone support or do a chat session with one of our techs? We can walk you through this or you can follow the instructions here
Because the wired and wireless internet works with other devices we know it is not a problem with the internet service - but it is likely a communication issue between the mobile devices and the router. Resetting it to factory defaults will usually resolve any issues of this kind.
Or reset the phone to factory defaults...
I have run into this problem for the last couple of weeks as well. I call the support line a couple of times, their solutions worked only temporarily. I just unplug the Shaw box and plug it back in or go to the SMC gateway setup screen on my browser and reboot. It seems getting a new IP gives me internet access. Odd that sometimes I can see the router on my iphone or ipad to be able to reset it yet have no internet until I the Shaw box has rebooted, yet it only shows 3G on my device. It has worked for 24 hours now without a problem and the only thing I did different is turn off my wireless HP6500 printer. Not sure if they are related but so far so good. Will keep you posted.
you are likely dealing with wireless interference in the home, I would suggest adjusting your wireless channel to see if that helps. https://community.shaw.ca/docs/DOC-1046#solution1
Also, are you using a router as well as the Shaw modem or is it one of our modem/router combos?
I solved my problem with my iPhone. I simply bought a new Apple Extreme Base station and everything works perfectly. It could be that my old Apple Express Base station was faulty or died but everything is exactly correct and very fast now.
