We are unable to get the music channels when clicking on the music icon. says "change time slot". can get different times but no music channels are shown.
Just to confirm, is this error popping up when you press the Music button directly on the Shaw remote, or does this appear when selecting the option from the Menu/Settings screen? Also, do you happen to know the model of the digital box you're using?

Gateway was rebooted several times for us. Ended up getting the Shaw technician in.
In these cases your gateway should not need to be rebooted, only in extreme cases is that even required.
Did you try and do an EPG update?
Would you like us to look into this further to see if we can get it fixed without a shaw technician having to come in. Only reason for a technician to have to come out is if your signal levels on the modem or moca network are not within standards.
managed to fix it ourselves tonight. not crazy about this new system. will take a while to get used to I guess.
