Im seeing error message 33628 after trying to watch my orders. I know there was an issue last night in this area, and I've unplugged the box turned back on and it's still not working. Whats the deal?!?
Generally this refers to a VOD server error; anything from general maintenance to a server being down. The best recommendation I can give is to unplug the power and unscrew the coax for about 30 seconds to a minute. Once the cable box is back on and your getting channels again, attempt one more time to access your orders on Video On Demand.
If all that doesn't do it, I would then suggest either calling in or using online chat so we can further troubleshoot your issues.
