Outlook 2010 outgoing e-mails stuck in Outbox. At first only those with attachments, now all e-mails. Tried to start a new profile but Shaw not liking my name and password. thanks

Creating a new profile will likely correct the issue you were experiencing with the Outbox. From what I understand the problem at hand now is that Outlook won't accept your user name and/or password.
Are you able to login directly to Shaw Webmail with the information you are using? That may help narrow things down.
