beginning around 7pm tonight, July 9 2013, I cannot connect to my email accounts. The shaw.ca website cannot be accessed, and the 888 help phone lines are either busy or don't have any noise on your end of the line at all. What's up ?
Same here and I am in Kelowna. It is 7:30 and I have been trying since abut 6:00 to get my shaw email.
I have the internet but it is slow.But it is just Shaw's websites. The rest are fine.
I tried calling in as well but it is just busy, busy,
Something must be up for all the lines to be busy and the internet and email down as it is a lot of servers then that are down. I have 3 Shaw email addresses and I know they are on 2 different servers for them.
Hope they find the solution soon or at least get posted here to let us know what's up.

We're currently experiencing an issue with our main site (http://shaw.ca), as well as our Webmail service (http://webmail.shaw.ca) and our Customer Centre service (http://secure.shaw.ca). Our Operations Team is actively investigating this, and we're hoping to have this resolved soon; however, we do not have an estimated time of resolution to provide at the moment.
