I've tried retrieving email through my iPhone, as well as logging in Webmail directly, and for whatever reason, it keeps getting rejected. I have had this account for over 10 years, and have changed nothing. What is going on?
I am having the same issue.

There is currently an issue affecting our web access of @shaw.ca accounts, as well as POP access and Exchange access. If you're trying to receive e-mail through your iphone and you are receiving this message, it will most likely be related to the issue that we're experiencing this evening. Our teams are aware of this issue, and we're working hard to resolve it.
