Internet/Cable issues in Mission area?

Our last show successfully recorded on our PVR at 4:30pm. From 4:30 - 7:30pm there was a frozen image on our TV screen. Since this time our WIFI can be found and connected but there is no internet (I'm using a Rogers stick to send this message). Our lights on are Shaw model are Power - on green, Receive - intermittent green flashing, Send - not lit, Online - not lit, PC Activity - intermittent orange flashing, Stand-by - not lit. The PVR message on all changes is Ref code: S0a00. Recorded shows on PVR working fine.  System issue or does this require individual tech support. I understand Shaw email is down - it is also not available on my iPhone.
