As mentioned by kevinds, we're currently experiencing an issue with access to @shaw.ca e-mail accounts. This is affecting access via Webmail as well as POP and Exchange. Our teams are working hard to correct this issue, and we are getting closer to a resolution. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience that this issue may be causing this evening.
