when ever I watch comedy network HD the audio always seems to be a little bit of sync and this happens on both of my TV's
I was just wondering if this is a issue that everybody has or if it something on my end
Comedy Network HD looks good on this end, I don't see any audio/video sync issues, so the channel itself appears to be fine.
How long has this issue been happening for at your end?
Which type of cable boxes are you using on each TV? I'd try resetting them to start with: Resetting your digital box

I started noticing this 2 or 3 months ago and the box's have been reset a few times since I started noticing it
the audio is ahead of the video by probably less then a second so its not a huge problem but it is kind of annoying
I tested here in Vancouver again and it still seems okay. Is it still happening on both of your TVs? Do you have digital boxes or are they on Gateway portals, and have you reset as per shaw-colin's advice?
yes it is still happening have a dcx3400 and a dcx3200 and both of them have been reset

I actually noticed this yesterday at home, late afternoon. That's the first time I've seen it though so maybe it's intermittent. I'm going to monitor and look into it further today. I'll be sure to share any findings.
Over a year later and this still happening I also just changed to the gateway system so it was not a problem with the cable boxes
