If you haven't already done so, I would recommend re-entering the password on your phone or other handheld devices. If you do not remember your password, then you will want to update it through the online customer centre.
I get email on my laptop but not my phone yet. Shaw's aware of the problem apparently.
I went in and entered my password in my phone email exchange settings and that worked!
