Having massive spikes and disconnects on games and internet......runing LAn at below Wi fi specs ? Not happy at all...Brand new to Shaw From telus never had this before ?

What sort of speed test results are you getting? This can be tested at our site, http://speedtest.shaw.ca or at http://speedtest.net
Also could you please run a continuous ping to Google for a few minutes so we can see whether the latency is spiking there? This can be done by typing "ping google.ca -t" into a command prompt window.
