Shaw go movie central, just downloaded the app, but it says i need a subscription to movie central to play the videos. I do have a subscription so why isnt it working?
Our system uses the same code in the area as our other regions, but the actual package that is delivered is The Movie Network (TMN) instead of Movie Central. This is why the package still shows as Movie Central on the bills in the region. The Movie Central channels are not available in the region unfortunately. I'm sorry for the confusion regarding this.
I'm sorry to hear that the Shaw Go Movie Central app isn't working for you. Did you just add the Movie Central subscription to your account today? If so, the On Demand content may not have updated in your account yet. This may take 24 - 48 hours, or we can push it through automatically on our side. If you've had the subscription for some time now, please make sure that you're logging into the app with an @shaw.ca e-mail address that's registered to the same Shaw account that has Movie Central subscribed. If you're using your Customer Centre log-in, please make sure that this Customer Centre username and password is for your current Shaw account's Customer Centre profile.

I Have had the subscription for some time. I relaunched the app and as soon as i sign in either with email or customer account info i get the browse only messgae.

On my bill is lists movie central pkg for 18 per month, not movie network.
so i dont,understand why it is called movie central when it isnt "movie central"
