I still can't access e-mail on my PC or my phone although I can access webmail. Is it still not working in areas?
Sorry about the trouble you're having accessing your email through your phone and from your email client. If you haven't already, I would recommend simply restarting your phone and computer, and then trying again to see if this works. If this fails, try re-entering your password on your phone and in your email client and then see what kind of error message you receive if that doesn't work.
We may need to reset your password for you from here if the above steps don't take care of it for you. Please let us know.
I am having the same problem (webmail and Mac laptop work fine to get shaw email, but I can't set up shaw email on my new phone). Can I change my password myself, or do you need to do that?

Have you tried setting it up with exchange or with remote POP? There are instructions for both in our in our Email Setup Instructions document (under mobile devices).
