Last night I had a problem opening my e-mail. I phoned your help line and eventually I was advised that the issue was at your end. This morning I was able to access my e-mail. However, when I attempted to respond to an e-mail I was confronted with the same "Password" issue I had the night before. I was away for over 3 hours but the e-mail I attempted to send was still in the outbox. When I entered my password that message was finally sent. However, the password issue continues with every e-mail I send out. The incoming e-mail is thankfully not affected,.
