Cable's out...again.

Last week cable was out.....last night email is down....today cable "will be available shortly".


After taking 3 and a half minutes (I timed it) to have the esteemed privilege of typing in my phone number to get a call back in "over 20 minutes" I wonder to myself why I pay $125 per month for this incredibly poor service and support.
