We are in Edmonton and SOD is not working. Has the storm caused a failure?
What errors are you getting? Or how far do you get when you try?
As kevinds asked, are you getting any errors when you try to access SOD? Some of the more common errors are listed at Troubleshooting Shaw On Demand errors. Or is it going to a black screen or booting you out of SOD back to the channel? Or does not do anything at all (as if the button on the remote doesn't work)?
