Won't log me in. I created a customer service ID (obviously) and that won't work...also tried my account number and pw. No go.
Works fine on my imac though.
That explains the problem. Movie Central is only available in regions west of Manitoba. I believe out there you guys would have The Movie Network.
From the document I linked to above:
"The Shaw Go Movie Central app is available to all Shaw customers who subscribe to Movie Central whether through Shaw Cable or Shaw Direct. Currently, the Movie Central subscriber base extends from west of Manitoba and the Shaw Go Movie Central app is unavailable to Shaw customers located outside of this area. Additionally, the Shaw Go Movie Central content will be unavailable to users or devices located or traveling outside of Canada."
Sorry about that! At least this clears things up.

For testing purposes, can you please confirm that the Customer Centre ID and password you are using works on the Customer Centre web site? This is located here: http://secure.shaw.ca. Hey there...Tried loggin in with the link you provided and it did not work..... I am using the browser on my imac...Weird thoigh as clearly I am indeed logged in here.
Also thought I'd try re-registering my it says my acc# starts with a 0 but it does not.
I have a shaw direct acc that starts with 200.
Finally, I am located in Nova Scotia...Is the service not yet available here?

I don't believe so. There isn't one that covers The Movie Network for subscribers in the eastern provinces. With the success of the MC Go App, and others, I hope this is something that can be released in the future.
There is a TMN Go app but Shaw isn't on the list of providers.
