I have tried everything that I can think of to fix this, have deleted my shaw and exchange accounts and reloaded them and it didn't help. Does anyone know the fix to my problem?
My settings r ok. What I did was eliminate my Shaw account on my phone and I'm using exchange as my account and it seems to have fixed the problem with sending my email. I had both on my phone before and it would not let me send email. Now that I have done this it seems to work fine. Now I hope the problem doesn't come back.
Is your iPhone giving you any error messages?
Try deleting the outgoing messages and creating new ones? How big are the emails?
yea I get a message that says a copy has been placed in your outbox. The sender address "email@example.com" was rejected by the server. I have tried doing that and the message is a one line message saying test.
What happens if you try sending to a different email address? Does every address not send?
It doesn't matter where i send it to or how big it is it just will not send messages. I have tried from both my shaw account and my exchange account and they both send messages the same way by sending it to my outbox with the same message.

If the error states "the sender address [your email address] was rejected" it could be an issue with authentication and/or security settings for the outgoing server on your iPhone. Please double check and make sure all of the settings are accurate as per the instructions outlined here: How to set up email - iPhone/iPad (iOS 6)
I'm also wondering if you are able to send successfully from a device other than your iPhone 4.
