My cable was working fine this morning and when I got home from work tonight I am unable to view any channels, the screen is black and the message says 'not authorised'. How can this be fixed?
Normally this message will indicate that the digital box requires a refresh. It can happen when the digital box has been disconnected for some time, or if changes to the account's subscribed programming haven't yet been pushed through to the digital box.
