IS anyone else having troubles signing into the shaw go movie app? I haven't been able to sign in for a couple of days, is there some problem with the app or something I need to do? Thanx
We're actually noticing an issue this evening with log-ins to http://secure.shaw.ca, http://vod.shaw.ca as well as the Shaw Go Movie Central app; however, this shouldn't have prevented access to the app over the last few days. I'm sorry that we aren't able to troubleshoot this at the moment, but would you be able to give the log-in another try in a few hours? Please try with both an @shaw.ca e-mail address (if you have one) and your Customer Centre account information.
