Hi.....I keep getting an error that says the webpage I am viewing is not responding. It gives me the option to "recover the webpage". Any ideas on how I can fix this? It's happening on every website we try to view. Thanks for the help!
That sounds frustrating, I'm sure we can get this resolved for you. Can you let me know if this is intermittent problem for you? Do you sometimes have this problem, and then try again later and websites are loading normally? Also, how many computers do you have?
Hi thanks for getting back to me so fast. It's happening pretty much all the time and it's been happening for about 3 days. It seems to be getting worse each day.
It sounds like your internet connection may be having some issues. Are you wirelessly connected when you experience the interruptions? Also, do you have more than one computer connected to the internet at home?
We only have one computer connected to the internet. We run Shaw internet through a D-Link router. Would that mean we are wirelessly connected?
You may be wirelessly connected if you are using a D-Link router. Can you give the following a read?:
