for more than 2 weeks i am having Trouble with my Internet Connection.
I am getting lags and disconnects all the time. It's very annoying.
I have the feeling they occur mostly in the evening.
I did all the troubleshooting from the shaw site and i got a new modem/router from shaw, but it didn't help.
Then i called the tech service, the technician said everything is OK, because the Problem (lag, disconnect) has not occurred at the same time.
So, yesterday i run the tracert command while i was having trouble with the internet and i found the problem.

There you see, the problem with the lags is with shawcable.net.
Hopefully it helps you guys (shaw-technicians) to find and solve the problem.
Does anybody else have experienced similar problems the last time?
