I've been without High-Speed Internet since yesterday afternoon. Suffice to say, i'm pissed right off with the Customer Service and Response. Waiting 3 days for someone to come out, is totally UNACCEPTABLE. Reason I was given by someone is that they are backlogged right now. I don't really care if that's the case or not. Especially when i'm paying nearly $100/monthly for a service which i'm not receiving at the moment. All the times the Internet has gone down previously has been on Shaw's end. Since i'm not currently receiving a service which i'm paying for, it should be deducted. Thanks Shaw.
