I wish you luck dlantz. You can't always get what you want. After calling shaw, then waiting 25 minutes for a callback I spent about an hour and two more call backs just to get one channel added. Of course I think I ended up adding 20 channels, call display and voicemail on my phone (which I didn't ask for) to get that one channel.
Very nice lady I spoke with from Shaw ended up giving me a three month deal for the new channels and phone upgrades so I'll see how it goes but the reality is my bill will go up significantly in three months I in all honesty I can't see me renewing.
Shaw is tough to deal with.
