Has Shaw completed any testing on the DCX3510-M regarding audio drop off? This morning and frequently when turning on the TV the correct picture is there without any audio. If you change channels and then go back to the original one you had on the screen the audio returns.
We now have one of the music channels on and in the middle of the program the audio dropped off again....repeat changed channels and it returned.
There doesn't seem to be any pattern why this is happening. Please reply with an update...thank you
