I am moving to another country so would like to disconnect my services but have not been able to contact Shaw over phone or over online chat.
what are my other options?

Sorry to hear you've had some trouble getting a hold of us to close your account. This is done by our Loyalty department, who are available by phone or live chat. Currently our live chat service has no wait time, if you want to chat in now.
If your move is imminent though, please let us know and we can have someone from our Loyalty department help.
