When I delete e-mails on my Blackberry prior to opening them on my computer, they disappear on my computer. How can I get them to stay on both until deleted by myself.
If you are using Outlook, kevinds suggestion to change the Z10 to use POP/SMTP should fix the problem. There are a number of different settings that you will need to change on the phone. A walk thru of all the steps and settings can be found here https://community.shaw.ca/docs/DOC-1441#solution3 under the BlackBerry Playbook - POP Email Setup section. The Playbook and Z10 use the same operating system so while the pictures may look different, the settings themselves will be the same.
How are you checking your emails on your computer? Are you going to webmail.shaw.ca or using a program like Mac Mail or Outlook?
As long as you are not using Webmail on your BlackBerry, setting your BlackBerry up with the POP/SMTP account type instead of the Exchange account type should do this for you.
