Shaw please confirm that you are still broadcasting to Mexico?
Our Anik G1 footprint (service area) only covers Canada, although other satellites (F1 & F2) have broader footprints and the services which these satellites provide remains largly unchanged. As for how this impacts your Shaw Direct account and the ability to receive service outside Canada, we would like to speak with you and better understand details related to your account.
