I have unplugged the box and waited several minutes and when I reconnect it this is what happens:
- box says "boot" blue light is on
- turns off after 2-3 mins
- turns back on and displays "boot' again (no blue light)
- then changes to "OCAP" for a few mins
- after a few mins box displays 'APP' and stays that way
I also disconnected the coaxial cable and reconnected it then rebooted it (even although it was already really tight) but it didn't make a difference.
I have been on hold on the phone with tech support for 1 hour now.
Can someone please assist me with this.
