my shaw tv is not working at all. there was some error message at first but now its blank screen everytime i switch it on.
Are you using a digital cable box with this TV? If so, please disconnect the power to this digital box for a few seconds, and reconnect. Please wait about 10 - 15 minutes to see if the picture returns (after powering the digital box back on). If you're still noticing a black screen, please let us know and we can definitely look into that further for you.
