I have no HBO or movie channels, is there a problem with the signals. Also our internet keeps disconnecting
We're currently experiencing a feed issue multiple channels including HBO Canada HD and The Movie Network HD as well as their standard definition counterparts. Our technicians are working to resolve this problem, but we do not yet have an estimated time of resolution to provide. With regard to your Internet speed, this is definitely something we would like to look into for you. How long have you been noticing the connection dropping? Also, do you notice this when connected to the wireless network, when wired (via Ethernet to the Shaw modem) or both?
