For the past few weeks I've been intermittently experiencing extremely slow download speeds and high packet loss. Sometimes my digital TV becomes scrambled/pixelated during the periods of slow internet. This is very noticeable on the Galaxy music channels - the audio skips and pops. I'm in the Richmond, BC area. Are there any known issues with the Shaw network in this area?
I've attached a screen shot showing packet loss to www.google.ca, as well as the speed test results. I normally see around 17Mbps download speed.
