I have been getting an error message since 7 am this morning. It is happening on all of my tv's in the house. I have unplugged and reconnected all of the necessary plugs according to the steps outlined on your website. The tech guy tried to reset the box and that did not work. He told me it must be something that has come loose in the main panel but I have checked that and everything is securely fastened. A service rep cannot come out until Saturday??
