Hi, I got a msg on several HD channels with the "Failed to authorize content." I have tried unplugging the cable box for 30 sec and replugging. No change. Please help.
I'll take a look at this for you. Typically that message would indicate that you aren't subscribed to a channel, but it can also be the result of a signal issue, or maybe that the HD box has to be reset from here.
