two portals are not showing info re Gateway recording space .... it is blank. one portal does provide this info ....... how do I fix this?

Are you seeing your recording list on these portals, just not the available space remaining? Can you try disconnecting power from your Gateway for 30 seconds, then reconnect? It may take a couple of minutes for your Portals to come back online after this. Please check the available space again and let me know if it is showing correctly on all of your Portals now.
It was just the amount of space available . disconnected power to the Gateway. all is well now, thanks.
