Why do I still have no TV after 2 days?
Please provide further details and we'll be happy to look into this. Any specifics such as error message on screen? Black or blue screen? If you have multiple cable boxes, is the same problem on all of them or just one?

It is the same error message that was reported on the phone help message of "...service is temproarily unavailable..."
