I just became a Shaw internet customer and I want to view my data usage. When I go to the modem data usage page, there's no information. I checked the faq in the support section, and it says that I have to go over my limit at least once before I can view it?
Two questions about that:
2) How do I get around this? Because I am not going to fall for this obvious trick to make people go over their limits so they have to pay an over-limit fee. Either change this, tell me how to get around it or you will lose a customer.
