Hi when I log into my account to look at how much I had left to pay on my bill. it does not have the concierge chat line, just asks to learn more and then goes to sign up
I got a callback on another issue of my Cisco modem/router( 3rd modem), keeps as he called it "behavior flapping" 3-6 times a day and I mentioned this Shaw Friends issue and he has a call in about it also
