Shows my outgoing server mail.shaw.ca is offline and won't accept my password. Help!
Sorry to hear that you don't seem to be able to send email at the moment. Take a look at this document here. Select your email client and see if the steps in there help to fix the problem. If not, please let us know which email client you're using (Mac Mail, Outlook, etc...) along with any details on any error messages you receive and we can look into this further.
